Customers will be notified before additional charges are applied. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or if our technician arrives and cannot gain access to the job site.

 

Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, safe working conditions, and access to necessary areas, power, and water. Any pre-existing issues not visible at the time of estimate may result in additional charges once discovered.

 

Guarantees and Warranty
We strive for quality workmanship in every service. If an issue arises with work completed by Outumn Handyman Services, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will inspect and, if appropriate, correct the problem. Warranty does not apply to work affected by misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others after completion.

 

Liability
Outumn Handyman Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or normal risks associated with home repairs. We are not liable for loss of use, incidental or consequential damages. Any liability shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.

 

Emergency Services
Emergency repair availability may vary depending on schedule and technician availability. Additional fees may apply for urgent or after-hours services.

 

Third-Party Services
We may recommend third-party products or services when appropriate. However, we are not responsible for any actions or obligations of third-party providers.

 

Intellectual Property
