Outumn Wedding Photography

Welcome to Outumn Wedding Photography! These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between the client (referred to as "you" or "the client") and Outumn Wedding Photography (referred to as "we," "us," or "the photographer"). By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking retainer (usually 30%) is required to secure your wedding date.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is completed.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel your booking, the retainer will not be refunded.

Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and is subject to a new agreement.

If we are unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events, we will make every effort to find a trusted replacement photographer or refund your payment.

3. Copyright & Usage
All images are the intellectual property of Outumn Wedding Photography.

We grant clients a personal license to print, share, and use their images for non-commercial purposes.

Images may be used by us for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered via an online gallery within 6–8 weeks after your wedding day.

The number of delivered images may vary based on the event and coverage but will typically range from 300 to 800+ for full-day coverage.

Raw or unedited files are not provided.

5. Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to communicate your timeline, key moments, and shot requests before the wedding day.

We are not responsible for missing certain moments if they are not communicated or if circumstances prevent capturing them.

Please assign someone (planner or family member) to assist the photographer during group photo sessions if needed.

6. Creative Control
You are hiring Outumn Wedding Photography for our style, experience, and artistic approach. We reserve the right to edit and deliver images consistent with our brand.

Requests for additional edits or significant retouching may incur an additional fee.

7. Venue Permissions
It is your responsibility to ensure photography is allowed at your chosen venues.

Any restrictions or limitations must be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation by the photographer, our liability is limited to the full refund of monies paid.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, venue restrictions, or technical failure.

9. Data Storage
Your photos will be stored in our system for 6 months after delivery. We recommend downloading and backing up your gallery promptly.

10. Agreement
By booking with Outumn Wedding Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
