Welcome to Outumn Hair Studio. By booking an appointment with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and our team.
If you have any questions, we’re always happy to clarify—just reach out before your appointment.
1. Appointments
a. Booking
Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone. Once you book, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
b. Consultations
All major services (such as color correction, bridal styling, or chemical treatments) require a free consultation either in person or virtually.
c. Timing
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to avoid impacting the next client.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
a. Cancellation Window
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
b. Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show up, may result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Pricing & Payments
a. Service Pricing
All prices listed are starting rates and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, time, and product usage. A final quote will be given before your service begins.
b. Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment apps. Tips are welcome in any form and go directly to your stylist.
c. Gratuity
Tipping is entirely optional but always appreciated. Our team values your generosity and recognition.
4. Service Adjustments & Satisfaction
We want you to leave happy—every time. If you’re not fully satisfied with the outcome of your service, please let us know within 7 days. We will invite you back for a complimentary adjustment. Please note: this policy does not cover changes in preference (e.g., deciding you want a shorter cut after requesting a trim).
5. Health & Safety
a. Wellness Policy
If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of illness, or have tested positive for a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. Your health—and ours—comes first.
b. Allergies & Sensitivities
Please inform us in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities. We do our best to use safe, high-quality products, but we cannot be held responsible for undisclosed health concerns.
6. Children & Guests
To maintain a calm and safe environment, we ask that clients do not bring children or additional guests unless they are also booked for a service. Exceptions may be made for bridal appointments and accessibility support.
7. Bridal & Group Bookings
Bridal services, events, and group bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the service.
Final pricing will be determined after a consultation and may include additional fees for travel, early start times, or extra prep.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are valid for services or products only and are non-refundable. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Expired promotions will not be honored unless otherwise agreed.
