Lead Psychologist & Founder of Outumn
Dr. Sarah is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families improve their emotional wellbeing.
We offer individual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management; couples and relationship counseling to strengthen communication and connection; and child and teen therapy. Our therapists also provide group sessions, wellness workshops, and mindfulness-based programs aimed at promoting resilience, balance, and long-term emotional wellbeing.
